Return Policy

An item can be returned:
-If it’s defective or incorrect. the shipping costs will be refunded by us.
-If it is below your expectations, but the shipping costs won’t be refunded by us.
- Products should be returned in its original condition and packaging, if not, a 20% handling fee will be charged.

Return Conditions
The return of shipment must comply with the following conditions:
- Products may only be returned within 14 days of receipt. Therefore, please always thoroughly check your order upon receipt.
-Sale items are excluded from the return policy.
-Products that have already been sold by you to one of your customers will not be refunded by us.

Notice
Returned items that do not comply with the above will be refused and returned to sender with postage due.
